1) Arsenal plan Saliba talks as Marseille keen on permanent transfer

Arsenal and William Saliba will hold talks in the coming weeks regarding his future.

The centre-back is now 21 years old, and is coming off the back of an impressive season in Ligue 1 with Marseille.

According to Goal.com, Arsenal will meet with Saliba and his agents to plot a path forward.

2) Club hailed for pulling off transfer ‘masterstroke’ as they can sign Mavropanos for just £2.5m

Bundesliga expert and popular commentator Derek Rae spoke on The Highbury Squad YouTube channel this week about Arsenal defender Konstantinos Mavropanos.

The Greek centre-half joined Arsenal back in January 2018, when Arsene Wenger was still at the helm. He was viewed by many as the future of the Gunners’ defence, but things haven’t quite gone to plan.

3) Bayer Leverkusen CEO breaks silence on Patrik Schick’s future, amid Arsenal transfer interest

The Bayer Leverkusen CEO has spoken out on the future of Patrik Schick, amid Arsenal transfer interest.

Schick has been linked with Arsenal in recent months, and Fernando Carro has spoken on the rumours linking him away from the club.

4) Aston Villa could now sell Arsenal target Douglas Luiz

Arsenal may have received a boost in their reported pursuit of Douglas Luiz, with the Daily Mail reporting that Aston Villa could sell the midfielder in the summer.

Luiz has featured in all but four of Villa’s Premier League games this season. The Brazil international has proved to be an inspired signing for the club.

However, his future is uncertain. The Daily Mail reports that his contract at Villa Park expires at the end of next season. And Steven Gerrard is keen to sign another holding midfielder in the summer.

5) Arsenal target Youri Tielemans available for just £25m

Arsenal could have to pay just £25 million to sign Youri Tielemans this summer, but The Telegraph reports that he could also see out the remaining year of his contract with Leicester City.

Tielemans is definitely one player to keep an eye on heading into the summer window. He has been outstanding for much of his time in the Premier League.

The highlight of his spell with the Foxes came last season when he found the top corner to settle the FA Cup final. Unsurprisingly, he has attracted a lot of attention.

6) Arsenal are linked with Raphinha

Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano recently claimed that Arsenal have explored the possibility of signing Leeds United star Raphinha – a player who plays in the same position as Nicolas Pepe.

The Gunners spent a lot of money in last summer’s transfer window. Ben White, Aaron Ramsdale, Nuno Tavares, Albert Sambi Lokonkga, Martin Odegaard and Takehiro Tomiyasu all came in and every single one of them have impressed.

7) Arsenal target Paulo Dybala sends his agent to England to find a new club

Paulo Dybala has been linked with a move to Arsenal after Juventus decided not to renew his contract with them.

The attacker remains one of the finest in the world, but the Italian club cannot meet his contract demands, so they have decided to cut him loose.

Arsenal needs new attackers and will do a big job in their offensive department in the summer. Dybala would be an exciting player to add to their squad.
